Therapeutic massage adjusted to the specific symptoms in your body. It will help to reduce muscle and fascia tension and thus alleviate the pain caused by previous injuries, sedentary lifestyle or other factors. It will also have relaxing and calming effect.

Massage therapy 60 min

Combination of full body oil massage and energetic work based on stimulation of marma points*. More of a ritual than a plain massage. The offering originates in Ayurveda practice, but I blend different approaches like deep tissue massage or myofascial release creating my unique flow.

* Marmanis (marma points) are vital points of the body in Ayurveda (similar to acupressure points). They are located at the intersections of important tissues (muscles, ligaments, nerves etc.) and they are where our life force energy (prana) is concentrated.

The whole treatment will bring you a deep relaxation and rejuvenation of the body.

Deeply regenerating bodywork 90 min

Deeply regenerating bodywork 120 min

Stimulating massage of the face, neck, shoulders and décolletage with elements of acupressure. Your face will be more relaxed and luminous. The facial massage normalises tension of the muscles in the face area, promotes energy and blood circulation of the face and the entire body and it helps to reduce wrinkles.
