Deep Meridian Bodywork (90 min)

A 1:1 or a couple class dedicated to exploring the body’s inner energetic pathways and learning how to support them through mindful, embodied practices. We work with gentle stimulation of acupuncture points, self myofascial release, yin yoga postures, and intuitive unwinding movement to encourage balance and vitality.
Each class is guided by the rhythm of nature—aligning with the seasons and the elements—while addressing the specific challenges and needs of particular organs and energetic systems. This practice offers a deeply restorative space to reconnect, release, and cultivate awareness of the subtle intelligence within the body.
