A guided space of peace and reconnection. Relaxation session is not just about calming the body-it´s about helping people return to themselves when they´ve been lost in stress, numbness, disconnection, burned out, overthinking, anxiety, stuck in emotions, loneliness. Sessions for deep relaxation, emotional grounding, calm breathing for nervous system and energetic awareness.
This is not a massage. It´s a space to come back to yourself-when the world has made you to forget. 
It´s through grounding, stillness, reiki touch and loving presence.
