Hi, first, I'll start describing my aproach to complete body reset through massage. 

It begins with deep preparation of the myofascial tissues and maximum activation of the lymphatic system. It is not enough to simply warm up and loosen the muscles. The tissues must be thoroughly mobilized, compressed, stretched, and restored to allow smooth gliding between every layer. The primary goal of the warm up in massage is to maximize tissue mobility, improve hydration, and restore the body's natural fluidity. At this stage, the tissues are warmed both manually and with an infrared heat lamp until deep therapeutic warmth is achieved. The skin becomes intensely warm under the hands, allowing the deeper soft tissues to become more pliable and receptive to treatment. 

My work gradually progresses into the deepest tissue layers, reconnecting the entire chain of muscular activity through the body's myofascial and muscle network. By combining Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Lomi Lomi, and sports aproch I work with the body as one integrated system rather than treating isolated muscles or painful areas.

Special attention is given to the knee and shoulder joint activation. Because of their constant load and frequent injuries, this area requires a unique approach. This reconnects the movement of the muscles, and the structures that stabilize the joint, restoring natural freedom of movement throughout all the body bridges, not just separate muscle areas.

Usually any body requires extensive trigger point work. Due to daily physical stress, dense restrictions often develop within the tissues, limiting mobility. You can see any of my video, you will see the complete, unedited sequences of treating trigger points and addressing most common massage problems.

Rather than applying direct pressure, I work through the surrounding tissues preparing all the system to work together. As all the blocking tissues gradually release, lengthen, and regain mobility, the body relaxes naturally— releasing instantly without pain.

The lower back and gluteal region require preparation of the entire myofascial chain of the lower limbs. The conditions of the fascia and muscles in the legs directly affects the function and mobility of all the lumbar spine. For this reason, I first restore mobility throughout the entire fascial chain before moving to the sacroiliac joint and the surrounding neural pathways. 

Massage treatment is usually performed gently but with strength through the surrounding tissues, progressively releasing tension within warm prepared points without aggressive or painful techniques.

Joint health has a profound influence on the entire body and can often create a sensation of discomfort. Working with connective tissue is just as important as working with the muscles of any region. 

For me, massage is about restoring continuous movement throughout the entire body. When the lymphatic system, fascia, muscles, joints, and nervous system begin functioning together again as one interconnected system, the body regains its natural balance, mobility, and capacity to heal and restore much faster.
