An evening devoted to the sea, Italian cuisine, and the art of perfect pairing.
Our journey begins with a welcome drink and three amuse-bouches. This is followed by a five-course tasting menu, with the first four courses accompanied by carefully selected wines.
We conclude our journey with dessert, served alongside an Italian liqueur and coffee.
Every moment has been thoughtfully created so that the flavours, aromas and carefully selected drinks come together to create one seamless gastronomic story.
