Świecowanie uszu, inaczej konchowanie uszu, to popularny zabieg medycyny alternatywnej, którego celem jest usunięcie zanieczyszczeń z ucha, a także wyleczenie niektórych schorzeń. Świecowanie uszu było już znane w starożytnym  Egipcie, Chinach, Indiach, Tybecie, jak również w kulturach Azteków i Majów.
Świecowanie uszu można wykonać nie tylko w przypadku nadmiaru woskowiny w uszach. Medycyna alternatywna zaleca świecowanie uszu także w przebiegu różnych schorzeń uszu, gardła, nosa.
