SINTIA

VILIJA

This is a very gentle, rhythmic massage designed to support the natural movement of lymph fluid throughout the body. Using light, precise touch, the work encourages lymphatic drainage and supports the body’s own detoxification and regulatory processes.

The therapy can be beneficial for reducing swelling, easing discomfort related to lymphatic congestion, and supporting recovery in cases such as lymphedema. By improving lymph flow, it helps the body clear metabolic waste, reduce fluid retention, and maintain tissue health.

Sessions are slow, calming, and deeply supportive, with a focus on relaxation, immune system support, and overall balance. The work is always adapted to the body’s needs and tolerance, creating a safe and restorative experience.

90 min Sogæðarennslisnudd / Lymphatic drainage massage therapy

This therapeutic massage focuses on releasing muscle tension, improving mobility, and supporting recovery from strain or injury. The work may include targeted pressure, stretching, and deeper techniques to address tight muscles, fascial restrictions, and scar tissue.

Depending on the body’s needs, elbows, forearms, knuckles, and fingertips may be used to reach deeper layers safely. The intensity is always adjusted to your tolerance, with the aim of creating effective, sustainable release rather than force.

This private Yin Yoga session is an invitation to slow down deeply and return to yourself.

In a quiet, supportive space, the practice unfolds at your pace - allowing the body to soften, the breath to settle, and the nervous system to unwind. Yin Yoga works gently and profoundly, inviting release in the deeper layers of the body while creating space for stillness, reflection, and inner listening.

The session is carefully tailored to your well-being, meeting you exactly where you are on that day. Long-held, supported postures encourage openness and circulation, while moments of guided meditation help calm the mind and create a sense of inner ease.

Everything is provided for your comfort - soft support, warmth, and time. After the session, you are invited to rest and enjoy a cup of tea, allowing the effects of the practice to integrate naturally.

This is a space to breathe, to feel, and to simply be - without expectation or effort.
