Receive. Soften. Restore.

A flowing Hawaiian-inspired bodywork experience using long, rhythmic movements to invite the whole body into deeper rest.
Here, you are primarily invited to receive.
The continuous rhythm and touch can support relaxation, soften physical tension, and invite a deeper sense of connection with your body.
A beautiful choice when you are longing for nurturing touch, restoration, and the experience of being carried rather than having to do.
Simply arrive, receive, and soften.

¥ LOMI LOMI | THE GREAT WAVE

Explore what wants to move.

My most-booked 1:1 session and a beautiful entry into my work.
A spacious, individualized session to meet what is present in your body and life. You may come with tension or stress, something emotional asking for space, a transition you are moving through, or simply a desire to feel more connected to yourself.
The session unfolds intuitively and may weave bodywork, breath, sound, movement, energetic awareness, stillness, emotional expression, and consent-based touch.
There is no predetermined outcome. We listen, explore, and follow what emerges.
Come as you are.
All touch is professional, consent-based, and non-sexual.

¥ CONSCIOUS BODYWORK & BODY LED SESSION

Up to 3 hours |
An immersive journey into what is alive.
CURA is my signature body-led experience.

What makes CURA different is time and spaciousness. Rather than fitting the experience into a conventional session, we have room to listen, follow, and allow the journey to unfold at its own pace.
Sometimes the journey is subtle and deeply restorative. Sometimes expressive. Sometimes emotional. Sometimes physical or energetic. We may meet movement, sound, touch, stillness, intensity, or deep rest.
You don't need to arrive knowing what needs to happen.
CURA is for those who feel called to go deeper — whether you are moving through change, carrying something that has been held for a long time, longing for greater vitality and connection, or simply curious about what becomes possible when you give your body more space.
I create the conditions. I listen. Your body leads.

The sliding investment allows you to choose according to your current financial capacity.
